We have managed over 250,000 square feet of major healthcare projects valued at over $150 million. Additionally, we have managed over 50,000 square feet of medical clinic and dental tenant build-out projects totaling $1 million. Our extensive experience includes constructing various healthcare departments and services, including Surgery, MRI, Private Treatment Rooms, Physical Therapy, Cardiology, X-ray, Heart & Vascular Clinic, Birthing Center, and Women's Care.

UCHealth Steadman Hawkins Clinic - 150k sf medical office building with ORs, MRI, and Physical Therapy

Senior Living:

We oversaw the successful completion of the new Grace Pointe Senior Care Community, which included five separate wings offering assisted living, independent living, long-term care, memory care, and rehabilitation services. .
